YOGA AND MEDITATION IN BHUTAN

Bhutan is a tiny and remote kingdom nesting in the Himalayas between its neighbors, india and China. Following a retient loss in my life, I decided to visit Bhutan-I found the energy of the people of Bhutan supportive in the healing process. Bhutan will always have a special place in my heart, and that’s what inspired my idea for the retreat Our retreat will enhance your journey through yoga, meditation and healing. Each day we will move together in guided yoga practice, whilst fully immersing ourselves in all this beautiful tand nas to offer. Through yoga we practice uniflying and purifying the body, mind, and spirit, Yoga offers a vehicle for self knowledge, an opportunity to become acquainted with our essential nature inside the body and the breath, and outside of the conditioning, programming, identity-clinging and cultural away that hovers around us. Yoga invites us to become curious about the nature of our being, to seek awareness and to ultimately meve into harmonious acceptance of what is and who we are, here and now, in this moment
