Once a tour is booked and paid we have certain cancellation policy.
Hotels and other service providers often have a specific timeframe within which you can cancel a booking. Once we book their service for you tour cancellation is applicable.
2. Cancellation Fees: If you cancel within a certain window before the tour date, you may incur a cancellation fee. The closer you are to the departure date, the higher the fee might be. Both hotels and flight have their own cancellation policy.
3. Refund Policy: The refund policy dictates how much of your booking cost you can expect to get back if you cancel within the allowed timeframe.
4. Exceptions: Some tours have special conditions that impact the cancellation policy, such as non-refundable deposits or specific terms for high-demand or specialty tours.
5. Force Majeure: This clause covers unexpected events that are beyond your or our control, like natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies. In such cases, we may offer alternatives to a refund.
6. Rescheduling: Instead of a refund, allow you to reschedule your tour for a future date without incurring additional fees.
7. Communication: All cancellations need to be communicated to us in advance through email.
Remember to carefully review the policy before booking. If you have any questions or concerns about the policy, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for clarification.
