Cancellation Policy

Once you book and pay for a tour, our cancellation policy applies. We begin administrative work and make logistical payments right after confirmation, so cancellation fees are necessary.

General Cancellation Guidelines

• Hotels and other service providers set their own cancellation deadlines, and we follow those rules when managing your booking.

• After we book services for your tour, the cancellation terms begin immediately.

• Cancellation Fees:
  If you cancel close to the tour date, you may pay a higher fee. Hotels and airlines each have their own charges, and we follow their policies.

• Refund Policy:
  The refund amount depends on when you cancel and the conditions set by each service provider.

• Exceptions:
  Some tours include non-refundable deposits or special terms for high-demand seasons or specialty packages.

• Force Majeure:
  If unexpected events occur—such as natural disasters, political issues, or emergencies—we may offer alternatives instead of a refund.

• Rescheduling:
  You can reschedule your tour to a future date without extra fees, depending on availability.

• Communication:
  Please email us in advance if you want to cancel your tour.

Cancellation Charges

Once a tour is confirmed and paid, the following fees apply:

• 30% deduction if you cancel 30 days before the travel date

• 50% deduction if you cancel 30 to 14 days before the travel date

• No refund if you cancel within 14 days of the travel date
